Happy Halloween!
Here are some very scary cute pictures of my nephew’s Halloween costume… isn’t he adorable?

I hope all my little clients have a safe and happy Halloween (and that the wind doesn’t blow you away!!!)

I have been looking forward to this wedding for a year and a half (since I did their engagement photos) and it turned out to be a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding.

It will be a while before I am done proofing these but I knew Terri & Andrew would appreciate a sneak peek so here are a few that caught my eye. I can’t say they are my favorites yet, because I haven’t had time to go through them all!

It’s no secret that this guy is really one of my most favorite clients. I just love this family. I am so excited for them and had so much fun photographing this special time before the new baby arrives… here is a sneak peek, because I couldn’t help but show one from today’s session…

I really feel so honored when previous clients choose to come back to me. I love to see my child clients grow and it is great to be such a big part of capturing moments and creating future memories for their families.

I photographed these sisters last fall, and here they are a whole year older and a whole year cuter. This is just a sneak peek, there are lots more to come!

Almost done preparing this wedding. I know that Shelley is super anxious to see these so I thought I’d give a little sneak peek. It was a beautiful day for a wedding.

This is the bride & groom’s son, he was so cute!

Such a sweetie pie! I guess the universe heard that I was wanting some girl newborns to balance out all the boys because I’ve gotten a bunch! I love newborns… :-)

Here is a sneak peek of Rya… I photographed her big brother last fall and I did get some of them together, I’ll show those later.

You remember when you were in elementary school, and you had your first crush on a little boy in first or second grade? That innocent kind of crush that isn’t really anything more than a 5 or 6 year old girl saying she "likes" that boy, but is still really, really adorable?

Easton will be that boy for a lot of little girls in a few years… that is what I have to say about Easton!

What a charmer! He was hilarious. I loved working with him. I love 4 year olds. Such a fun age.

This was also a family shoot… here are some favorite shots of the 3 of them.

I actually had a client ask me if these adorable siblings on my blog are pro models? I said "No, but they certainly could be!"

I had so much fun with these two. So sweet, so well behaved, so eager to hang out with me and let me do my thing with them. They made it so very easy… and that would be why I have like 40 favorites… I plan on ordering a few of these as display images for my office/studio. But the hard part is deciding which ones?!

For those of you who heard about the hard drive situation I have to share my good news!!! I was able to recover most of my files! So happy about that. I used a program from, I would highly recommend it if you ever find yourself in the same situation. It took about 6 days but most of the important files are safe and that just makes me happy beyond belief. I feel like I should do a happy dance just to prove how very happy I am!

Oh, and because I promised her I would show it… one more picture. Her zombie face… very scary, she does a great job at that one!

It finally happened to me… one of my external hard drives crashed this weekend. Please don’t worry if you are a client, of course I have backups (and backups of the backups) of all your files… it’s just that I lost a good weeks worth of newly proofed images… so basically I am now another week behind, gotta go back and redo those… plus I lost some personal images… :-(  Of course it will happen in the busiest season…

I am running software to try and save what I can… let me be the one to tell you, backup EVERYDAY! I am going to from now on.

Anyways, here is another sneak peek of the adorable Georgia Rayne…

Short but sweet cause I am very busy… almost done preparing their session but thought I’d give mom a peek so she didn’t have to stay in suspense!
